Outspoken New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of
Parliament for Assin Central is warning polling agents not to attempt collecting
monies from the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).Kennedy
Agyapong stated unequivocally that, any NPP agent who will be caught collecting
‘bribe’ from the NDC will be lynched.
The maverick MP made the comment in
an exclusive interview with Adom TV’s Alfred Amoh as the sidelines of the party
keep fit dubbed "Assin For Nana Addo" at Assin Fosu in the Central
region.
Ken Agyapong indicated that, the NPP flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo
will secure 57 percent of the total votes cast thus will not allow any
individual or group of people to thwart their effort.
He alleged that the
NDC plan to bribe polling agents of the NPP with GH¢2000 to allow them change
the ballot thus the people who will represent the NPP at all polling station
must resist it.
“We will cater for our polling agents but if you are
caught to have taken monies from the NDC, we will lynch you” he
stressed.
The Assin Central MP who has vowed to protect the ballot with
his life urged the polling agents to think about their future and that of their
family and not allow their future to be shortchange.

NPP members across the country to be vigilant to ensure their choice is named
winner of the polls. |
