The Ashanti Regional Office of the New
Patriotic Party (NPP) has expressed its gratitude and appreciation to residents
of the Ashanti Region and the media for love and support shown to the flagbearer
of the party, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo and his entourage during a four day
tour in the region.The party says it is overwhelmed by the enthusiasm
and the affection residents shown to the flagbearer and his team during the
visit.
A statement signed by the Regional Chairman, Mr. Bernard Antwi
Boasiako, aka Chairman Wontumi, noted "the success of the tour will give further
impetus to the party in its quest to recapture power and restore hope to
Ghanaians."
"The love you have shown to the flagbearer and the party has
invigorated our spirit. Its gives us hope that victory is within our reach," the
statement noted.
The Ashanti Regional branch of the party therefore urged
supporters to sustain the momentum and continue to work towards achieving
victory in December 7. |
