Senior Minister Mr. Yaw Osafo Maafo has on
behalf of the 12 ministers sworn into office yesterday [Friday], pledged to
support President Nana Akufo-Addo succeed.Speaking after they were sworn
into office at the Flagstaff House yesterday, Mr. Maafo said, the president
wants to make a difference and as ministers, they are ready to support him
achieve his vision as a president.
''We know his vision as a president.
We know that H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo wants to make a difference as a
president and on behalf of my colleagues, I want to assure him that, we will
give the necessary support to make a difference.’’
He commended Nana Addo
for his choice of appointees describing them as competent, apt, experienced and
dedicated to their duties.
According to him, Ghanaians have confidence in
the choice of Nana Addo’s nominees adding, ‘’we shall support and make sure that
Akufo-Addo’s government succeed.
