Naa Torshie and Carlos Ahenkorah have not had the best of relationship since the former beat the later in the party’s primary to contest the December polls on the ticket of the NPP. The two have on various occasions engaged in heated arguments on radio to express dislike for each other. -
Naa Torshie was subsequently accused as the brainchild behind a legal suit that challenged the eligibility of Carlos Ahenkorah. However, the two seemed to have buried the hatchet when Naaa Torshie in the company of the party’s flagbearer openly raised the arm of Carlos Ahenkorah to endorse him as the NPP’s Parliamentary candidate for Tema West.
Nana Addo at the rally attended by the thousands of NPP supporters entreated them to vote for him and Carlos Ahenkorah to retain the Tema West seat. Kumawood actor, Agya Koo also addressed the gathering to endorse the NPP and its agenda for 2016.
