A-plus has challenged the National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress, Kofi Adams to declare his asset if he is not guilty of the issues raised in his latest song 'Aben be bom' and take him to court.
In a recent interview with Nana Antwi-Bosiako on Amsterdam based Hi-radio, the controversial hip-life musician stated categorically that Kofi Adams responds to the issues He raise about him as a national campaign coordinator of the ruling party was poor rhetoric.
Kofi Adams and the ruling NDC are therefore not worthy of Ghanaians votes.
According to A-plus the onus of proof is not on him as a musician who puts words on a beat to make a song to sensitize electorate.
The onus is on Kofi Adams as a politician to prove to Ghanaians that he Kofi Adams is not corrupt, he has not stolen any money, show Ghanaians the source of his money, declare his asset and sue him A-plus for defamation of character.
A-plus argued that he has been in the business of making critical music of the political system since 2001. In 2008 He made “Obi nka se” which favoured the NDC who were in opposition at that time.
The ruling NDC at that time hailed him as a prophet of truth.
Now he speaks the same truth that is not in their favour and they accuse him of taking money for the Nana Akufo-Addo's Campaign.
